Chhattisgarh News Today: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has announced that studies will also be conducted in Hindi in all government medical colleges of the state. Chief Minister Sai announced the start of studies in Hindi in all medical colleges of the state during a discussion with the media at his official residence on the occasion of Hindi Diwas on Saturday (14 September).
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai said that our government has decided that we will also make arrangements for MBBS studies in Hindi. He further said that in the first session of this year 2024-25, the facility of MBBS studies will also be available in Hindi.
CM gave instructions to the health department
CM Vishnudev Sai said, “For this, instructions have been given to the health department to provide necessary books as per the number of students.” While wishing everyone on Hindi Diwas, the Chief Minister said, “The significance of Hindi Diwas lies in the fact that we implement Hindi at every level of governance, administration and education, and promote Hindi.”
He said, “We are happy that our Prime Minister Narendra Modi In February 2022, at a rally in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, he had expressed his intention to provide medical education in Hindi. We are going to implement it.”
These students will benefit from teaching in Hindi
The Chief Minister said that at present there are 10 government medical colleges in the state. The biggest benefit of providing medical education in Hindi will be to our rural background students who are mostly from Hindi medium and despite being talented, face some difficulty in medical courses due to English.
‘Hindi will strengthen the base of students’
Vishnudev Sai said, “Now this problem will be solved. This will strengthen the base of students studying medicine and will help in preparing good doctors.”
Sai said that the biggest advantage of imparting education in mother tongue is that it helps in developing a deep understanding of the subject, we are determined to implement it at every level in Chhattisgarh. State Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal was also present during this time.
